Nava Naayaka Worship We have now completed the worship of the kaala devata spiritual beings associated with the temporal attributes of the Pramaadhi new year day. We now commence the salutation of the nine lords as they are situated in the celestial firmament at 0546 hours GMT on April 14, 1999. We salute them and the signs they are situated in as described below. a. Nava Naayaka Roles for Pramaadhi The Nava Nayaaka roles for the Pramaadhi year are: Raaja Guru Mantri Budha Séna Adhipathi Angaaraka Arkka Adhipathi Angaaraka Sasya Adhipathi Saneesvara Rasa Adhipathi Soorya Dhaanya Adhipathi Guru Méga Adhipathi Angaaraka Neerasa Adhipathi Sukra The Nine Lords in Lingam Form b. Worship of the Nava Naayaka Roles Salute the Nava Naayakas according to the roles they assume during the Pramaadhi year thus: - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Raaja Sri Guruvé Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Mantri Sri Budhaaya Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Séna Adhipathi Sri Angaarakaaya Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Arkka Adhipathi Sri Angaarakaaya Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Sasya Adhipathi Sri Saneesvaraaya Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Rasa Adhipathi Sri Sooryaaya Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Dhaanya Adhipathi Sri Guruvé Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Méga Adhipathi Sri Angaarakaaya Namaha - Om Pramaadhi Varusha Nava Naayaka Neerasa Adhipathi Sri Sukraaya Namaha c. Adhi Dévata, Prathyadhi Dévata Worship By the command of God, every moment of every human's life is conducted by the grace of the Nava Naayakas. Thus it's very important that we salute these nine lords everyday. One should salute each of these nine lords along with their respective adhi devata and prathyadhi devata. These divinities are listed below.
