Year 2ØØØ - Siddha Insights
[The Siddha Revelations of Sathguru Venkataraman of the Agasthiar Siddha Lineage.]
Q:
From a spiritual standpoint,
we are interested in traditional years like
Pramaadhi and
Bagudhaanya.
If this is the case, why should we be interested in the year
2ØØØ?
A:
While it's true that we use traditional year calculations for
most spiritual observances, it's also true that the Western
calendar dominates the world of trade and commerce. Since all of
us around the globe depend on the world of trade and commerce
for our livelihood, the Western calendar is of importance in our
daily lives. And because we use it in everyday life, it's
important that we pay attention to it from a spiritual standpoint too.
We need to learn the spiritual specialities of the year 2000 just like
we learn the spiritual specialities of traditional years like
Pramaadhi and
Bagudhaanya.
Mother Saraswati
All cultures, traditions, languages and number systems are under
the benevolent rule of Mother Sarasvathi, the knowledge manifestation
of the Universal Mother. All languages, including computer languages, are Hers.
Thus it's important that we see the Divine in the various traditions and cultures since all languages and cultures are Hers.
Mother Anuradha Kramana Saraswati
In fact, the Siddhas tell us that the world of computers falls under the domain
of Mother Anuradha Kramana Sarasvathi, who should be worshipped by all those
who seek advancement in the world of computers.
Mother Sri Anuradha Kramana Saraswati is a Siddha revelation given to the world by Sathguru Venkataraman of the Agasthiar Siddha Lineage. He was taught this Siddha secret by his Siddha teacher Sri La Sri Idiyaappa Eesa Siddha. Refer to the Sathguru's monthly magazine and Tamil blog for more information on Mother Sri Anuradha Kramana Saraswati.

Karma Neutralization
The karma neutralization prescriptions of the Siddhas are tailored to
fit time, place and circumstance so that people of all cultures and traditions
can be spiritually uplifted. Nothing is new in the world of the Siddhas; they have
seen it all. What we see as "advances" are old news to them, but they reveal the
right prescriptions at the right time so that we may get uplifted.
What they reveal in this article are their insights into the spiritual specialities
of the year
2ØØØ.
2ØØØ, not 00 or 2000
We're in the habit of writing 1999 as '99, 1998 as '98 and so on.
But the first nugget of advice from the Siddhas is that we should not write
2ØØØ as 00. We should spell out all four digits.
Furthermore, we should write it as
2ØØØ, not 2000.
Why? The Siddhas say that more the questions, less the faith.
In the world of spirituality, faith moves mountains, not questions.
Those who are expert at asking a million questions are weak in faith.
It's important that we fortify our faith in this year.
Having said that, here are the Siddha insights into why we should
write it as
2ØØØ, not 00 or 2000.
Zero is a number that belongs in the world of gnaana or spiritual knowledge, say the Siddhas.
It's a number that's symbolic of the prisitine void where one is devoid of all human deficiencies
and where only pure divinity is present. In this state, there are no likes or dislikes.
This is the state of the Siddhas. Hence they are referred to with the honorific Poojya Sri,
Poojya being the Sanskrit term for zero. This denotes their divine state, the state of being devoid of all human
deficiencies. They have mentally renounced everything for the sake of the Divine and reached that
blissful state of material nothingness and spiritual everythingness. The numeral zero is symbolic of this
pristine state. However, we humans can only talk about this state; we can't live it because we haven't
become it! It's to denote this realization, that we haven't reached the state of poojya, that we
must spell out all four digits and draw a slanted line across the zeroes.
This makes us meditate on the fact that we are still spiritual novices;
this introspection or meditation is a prayer in itself.
As we write 2ØØØ on a daily basis on our bank checks, letters, calendar and so on,
we should think about our approach to the state of poojya.
It's a Siddha way of nudging us closer to the Divine on a daily basis.
Why the slanted line inside each zero? This decoration of the zero is further elaboration
of our realization that we haven't reached the pristine poojya state; furthermore, it's
also symbolic of the many dualities in our lives. It's known as the Siddha Ayana Soonya Rahasya.
One of the important spiritual events that happens in mid January is the change of
ayana. As we know, each year is split into
two ayanams. Drawing a slanted line makes us think of the two ayanams and the
important spiritual activities and worship procedures that should be conducted
during these two ayanams.
Dhvi Aamsu Chakram
 | | Dwi Amsu Chakra |
There's one more reason for the slanted line across the zero.
It reminds us of the Dhvi Aamsu Chakram,
Moreover, this slanted line reminds us of the Dwi Amsu Chakram,
a very important and powerful spiritual symbol, pictured here.
While it's quite common to see this figure nowadays in the Far East (the Yin Yang or I Ching symbol),
we should realize that the Dhvi Aamsu Chakram originated in India.
It can be found in many ancient temple carvings and sculptures.
It's symbolic of Mother Lakshmi's vehicle.
Dhvi = Two. Aamsu = Mango.
As we can see, the dhvi aamsu chakram looks like two mangoes fitted one against the other.
It's a very powerful symbol which can destroy poverty and remove business hurdles.
Furthermore, worship of this chakram can get one the grace of Mother Lakshmi, the prosperity
and well being manifestation of the Universal Mother. Those who have problems collecting
their inheritance should worship this chakram over the long haul. This will help them.
Sri Kaala Bairava
Just like the two ayanams divide the year into two halves, we can think of the division of each 24 hour period into
two halves, day and night. To be conscious of time in this way, one must worship Sri Kaala Bairava, the Lord of the
march of time. Everyday at night, at the conclusion of worship procedures in temples, Sri Kaala Bairava must be
worshipped using the punugu frame worship procedure.
It's because Sri Kaala Bhairava is not worshipped properly that we face natural calamities,
weird seasonal changes, global warming and similar problems.
Sri Kaala Bairava should be offered a garland made out of cashew nuts and the
day's events reported to Him every night. The temple keys must be
submitted to Him after this. The next day in the morning, the temple keys must
be picked up in His shrine after due worship. This is the Siddha way of acknowledging
Sri Kaala Bairava's dominion over Time. The slanted line across the zero makes us meditate
on the fact that each day is ruled by Sri Kaala Bairava, the Lord of the march of Time.
Sri Sarabesvara
Memory Problems
The Siddhas caution us that forgetfulness will cause us problems
in the year
2ØØØ.
This can occur in many ways. For example, humans may forget where they
deposited their money and nations can forget when they have stored nuclear waste
and so on.
Those who pride themselves on their great memory should be careful;
their memory will fail them at the most inopportune time. We need to understand that
all our abilities are gifts from God. As a daily spiritual practice, we should try to reduce
the size of our ego and increase our faith. Accept everything as a gift from God; pleasure
and pain are both gifts from God according to our karma and should be accepted as such, say the Siddhas.
It's not just the human memory that will cause problems this year, but there will be
memory related problems in both home and office computer systems as well, warn the Siddhas.
What should we do to protect ourselves against memory problems?
Worship Lord Lakshmi Hayagreeva, say the Siddhas.
This is a Siddha prescription for the next
1ØØØ years.
Is there any other worship procedure that we should concentrate on?
The worship of Sri Sarabesvara and Mother Ugraha Prathyankira.
Any predictions? In the years to come in this new millenium, vehicles that run purely on g force
will be invented, saythe Siddhas. Sri Varuna, the Lord of rain, may pour forth objects other than rain particles!
(Could the Siddhas be hinting at nuclear fallout, acid rain and the like?!)
Icebergs and icecaps may melt and this may cause quite some grief.
There will be problems because of the hole in the ozone layer.
It will be good, they advise us, if humans do not investigate phenomena like the Bermuda triangle.
They caution us that there are places we should not venture into.
They suggest that we stay clear of mummies and pharoahs; we should treat them with respect.
Otherwise, we'll have to face problems, they caution us.
What you have read in this article are Siddha revelations concerning
the year 2ØØØ given to us by the Arunachala Siddha, Sathguru Venkataraman
of the Agasthiar Siddha Guru Parampara Lineage.
Please follow the advice of the Siddhas,
worship Sri Lakshmi Hayagreeva and Sri Sarabesvara
and have a spiritually uplifting year and millenium.
