Sathguru Venkataraman gave us the Siddha secret that this sacred space of Gopinatha Perumal in Patteeswaram is the Dwaraka of the South (Dakshin Dwarka).
"Rama Sita Twin Palm Trees"
In this sacred space, we see twin palm trees. Sathguru Venkataraman gave us the Siddha secret that these twin trees are "descendants" of the "Rama Sita twin palm trees" near which Lord Sri Krishna once meditated with Garga Maharishi, his family Guru.
Newly Wed Couples and this Sacred Space
Sathguru Venkataraman said: Within 48 days of their wedding, couples should visit this sacred space of Lord Gopinath Krishna and circle these "twin Ram Sita palm trees" together, with the tips of the husband's and wife's clothes tied together.
Circle these sacred twin trees 36 or 60 or 82 times thus.
This is known as "Mangala Shakti Varaphala Vastra Granthi Worship" for couples.
