20 Sep 2010. Very Important Event. Devotees should attend. Tell as many people as possible. Yet another little village and yet another (almost) unknown but powerful sacred space. Sathguru Venkataraman gave the world the Siddha secrets regarding this sacred space of Nemam in a few articles in 2003 in his monthly magazine. He wrote that it is the responsibility of devotees to renovate this sacred space and the Pitru Mukti theertham sacred temple pond here. More than 7 years later, this has happened. The local townspeople and others have renovated this powerful temple and the sacred pond. The kumbhabhishekam re-consecration ceremony of the renovated temple and sacred pond is scheduled for Monday 20 September 2010 from 9 am to 10:30 am. This is a very important event in the spiritual world. Devotees should attend this ceremony and get the very special blessings associated with such an event. Tell as many people as possible. Location Near Chennai. 12 km from Poonamallee. On the Chennai - Poonamallee - thirumazhisai - Vellavedu - Tiruvallur route. You can reach the Nemam village by bus from Chennai, Poonamallee and Sriperumbudur. You can also reach Nemam from Vellavedu which is on the Poonamallee - Tiruvallur road. It is 4 km from Vellavedu.
