But Sunday 28 Aug 2011 was perfect for Lord Soorya's Swarna Jothi Light Ray Abishekam of Lord Bhujapatheeswara Shiva in Surakkayur. Many were blessed with great darshan of this divine event on 28 Aug 2011. Monday 29 Aug 2011 was also perfect for Surya's Puja of Shiva and once again many had great darshan. Surakkayur Renovation Work - as of July 2011 Here are links to some photos of the renovation work that is being done at Surakkayur. These photos were taken in July 2011. Compare these with how this sacred space was in 2008 (ref: our clip on Surakkayur) and how this sacred space is 3 years later in 2011. We pray to Mother Bhava Oushada Mangalambika and Lord Bhujapatheeswara SHIVA that the kumbhabishekam re-consecration ceremony of Their Temple in Surakkayur should happen soon.
