Here are some Siddha Secrets regarding the Thirupurambiyam sacred space of Sakshinatha SHIVA and "Pralayam Kaatha Vinayaka" GANESH published in the September 2001 (9 years ago) issue of Sathguru Venkataraman's monthly magazine.
Benefits of worshipping Sakshinatha SHIVA in this sacred space
Worship of Sakshinatha Shiva in the sacred space of Thirupurambiyam
helps us be "honest" witnesses of our own actions and those of others;
makes us give up falsehood and be true (spiritual) witnesses;
helps us lead honest lives and
gets the support of the Lord for those who are truthful.
LOCATION: This sacred space is near Kumbakonam - Puliancheri - Innambur.

Nava Natha Siddhas and this sacred space
The Nava Natha Siddhas are the eternal witnesses of all divine events.
This sacred temple of Sakshinatha SHIVA in Thirupurambiyam is one of the daily worship temples of the Nava Natha Siddhas.
Getting blamed for something we did not do
Why do we (sometimes) get blamed for something we did not do? Why does this happen?
Before asking this question, we must think about the many times we don't get blamed for the shady things that we did! This level of basic honesty is the first level of coming to terms with this problem.
At the next level is understanding the sin of bearing "false witness" or aiding and abetting the same.
This is not just in court, but also in daily life where people lie (or twist the truth) or knowingly misrepresent the facts because they think that doing so would be advantageous for them.
This sin of false testimony (however small or however big) creates the bad karma that will (one day or the other) result in getting blamed for things that we did not do.
GANESH "Pralayam Kaatha Vinayaka"
In this sacred space of Sakshinatha Shiva in Thirupurambiyam is the "Honey absorbing" GANESH who protected us from the Great Flood
known as "thEn urinjum pralayam kaatha Vinayakar". [ This is a deity form of Ganesh made by Lord Varuna using sea shells, sea foam and other substances from the oceans. -Ed. ]
See darshan pic below.
Abishekam (with honey) is done for this Ganesh only on the annual Ganesh Chathurthi day.
And HE absorbs all the honey that is poured on Him!
But there is a deep inner meaning behind this absorption of honey.
Siddha Secret behind the Honey Absorbing Ganesh
Siddha Secret: Lord Ganesh absorbs all the falsehood that is in people and burns it up. This is the inner meaning, said Sathguru Venkataraman, and it is worthy of deep meditation.
Lord Ganesh also gives this shakti to the "Raja Gopuram" temple tower of Thirupurambiyam. See pic below - cover of the Sep 2001 issue.
The 5 stages of this sacred tower in Thirupurambiyam represent our "sthoola" (physical) body made up of the 5 elements. The 7 kalasams of this tower represent the seven swaras - a "sookshma" (subtle) body of sound.
By giving His shakti to this temple tower, Lord Ganesh blesses people who get darshan here (of this tower, Sakshinatha Shiva and Ganesh) and helps them advance on the path of truth so that the sound arising from their physical selves will bear true witness.
Needless to say, successful worship presupposes repentance and reparation for sins committed and not repeating them thereafter.

It is September 2010 now. Though the Siddha secrets in this article were published 9 years ago (in the Sep 2001 issue), they are just as relevant today, especially for those with no integrity who insist on "lifting" the Siddha writings of Sathguru Venkataraman and wilfully hiding the original source of the Siddha wisdom. -Ed.

Sakshinatha SHIVA and a Siddha Solution for long standing court cases
Those who are tangled in long standing court cases should worship Sakshinatha SHIVA regularly.
They should do honey abishekam for the Lord on Tuesdays. In sunlight and moonlight, "Go Matha" (mother cow) is an eternal divine witness. So these people should offer cow's milk (sweetened and unsweetened) and dishes made with cow's milk to the Lord and then give them away to the poor.
Regular practice of this worship procedure will help people who are tangled up in long standing court cases that never seem to end.
These are some of the Siddha secrets given by Sathguru Venkataraman regarding this powerful sacred space of Lord Sakshinatha SHIVA in Thirupurambiyam.
